We will be closing at 12 pm on December 23, 2021. The pharmacy at Old Tunnel Rd in Grass Valley will also be closed at 12 pm. Please plan for your medication refills accordingly.
All sites will be closed on December 25, 26, 31, and January 1, allowing our staff well-earned extra holiday time off.
If you have an urgent medical need, you may call and access the medical provider on-call. If it is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911 or visit the nearest hospital emergency room.
