Western Sierra Medical Clinic sites and services will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Day after Thanksgiving, Staff Training Inservice Day (December 12, 2025) ,Christmas Eve (closing early at 3:00 pm), and Christmas Day

Urgent Care services at Old Tunnel, Grass Valley will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

For all other observances, Urgent Care will be open  from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Closed the 1^st Tuesday of January, April, July, and October from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm

Closed the 3^rd Thursday of January, April, July, and October from 8:00 am-9:00 am
