A new approach to health care

The Union

Western Sierra has much to offer career-minded providers looking for a fast-growing and forward-looking health center committed to the health and wellness of its community and residents.

The largest outpatient provider in the region is seeking dedicated and highly skilled providers, ranging from primary care physicians and specialists to dentists and mid-level practitioners.

Our providers make a difference every day, from treating mothers with soon-to-be newborns to seniors living with chronic conditions. Our health center accepts everyone, including patients on government health care programs and those with private insurance.

Western Sierra has health centers in Grass Valley, Auburn, Penn Valley and Downieville, and another health center opens soon in Kings Beach (Tahoe). We serve about 20,000 patients, or one of every four people in the region. The health center plays an integral role in the health and wellness of the community.

It’s a big responsibility, one that we embrace and take very seriously—and ask the same of our providers.

Western Sierra’s mission is to provide accessible, quality medical, dental and behavioral health services through innovative, patient-centered care in our communities. And we’re always looking at how we can expand our far-reaching mission.

So, if you’re looking for a challenging (in a good way) and rewarding career, and a rural lifestyle, please consider Western Sierra Medical Clinic.
